We carefully hand-harvested the entire block, taking the fruit directly off to our estate to be whole-cluster pressed. An extended 40-day fermentation fully captured the beautiful aromatics and enhanced the texture of the wine. As a beneficiary of longer hang time due to its cooler site, this limited bottling showcases the sleeker, subtler side of Pinot Gris – showing citrus and pear notes on the palate, with hints of honeysuckle and white peach on the nose.
Our Conservation Cuvée Pinot Noir is crafted using fruit from several of our family's Oregon vineyard sites. This limited-edition wine features the Pallid Bat, one of Oregon's species of greatest conservation need. For each bottle sold, $5 will be donated to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's Conservation Program.

Located in the Willamette Valley's South Salem Hills, our St. Jory Vineyard is primarily planted in Pinot Gris, with just a small block planted to Pinot Noir. These vines tend to produce wines of exceptional depth and concentration, lending themselves well to a vineyard designated Pinot Noir. The 2012 vintage was warm and dry, and this wine shows tremendous red fruit flavors, with concentrated earth, berry and spice on the nose and palate. Exceptional now, this wine should also age well for an additional 5-15 years.
Our 2015 Pinot Noir exhibits classic Oregon Pinot Noir aromas and flavors of cherry, red fruits, spice and minerals, with a silky finish. This Pinot is a great choice for everyday meals and pairs especially well with grilled salmon and wild mushroom risotto. Drink now or cellar 3-5 years.
Our Pinot Gris is characterized by its tropical aromas and crisp minerality. Flavors and aromas of lemon curd, nectarine and grapefruit dominate, finishing crisp and dry. This wine makes an excellent partner to shellfish, sushi and most hors d'oeuvres.
A supple, fruit-forward Chardonnay with aromas and flavors of baked apple, pear and spice. Stainless steel fermentation retained its beautiful bright fruitiness, while three months of sur-lie oak aging added weight and structure without overwhelming the fruit flavors.
This golden amber-colored dessert wine is made from frozen late harvest Semillon grapes sourced from our family's Eastern Washington vineyard. Rich flavors of honey, peach jam and pear marmelade finish with a soft, fruity finish. Try a little drizzled over pound cake with berries or paired with your favorite dessert (we recommend creme brulee or ricotta cheesecake). This also makes a nice partner to nuts and soft cheeses.
