Our Touriga Nacional has been made both into a dry red table wine and a Rose. The 2016 vintage is most recent vintage in the style of a dry red wine. The fruit was fermented in open top bins with a small portion of Tinto Cao, receiving twice daily punch downs, 7 days of skin contact. After fermentation, the wine was aged in neutral oak barrels for 28 months. This wine has soft acid and tannins, with complex aromas of plum, mint, violet, and caramel.
