Our Dry Rosé features three Portuguese varietals, with Touriga Nacional being dominant then Tinto Cão and Souzão. These varietals are uncommon in Washington, and even more uncommon as a Rosé, which makes our Dry Rose truly one-of-a-kind. The grapes were hand-picked and pressed with minimal skin contact, and then fermented cool in stainless steel. This resulted in a light-bodied, fresh and crisp tasting rosé with notes of strawberry, minerals, and grapefruit.

Our Sauvignon Blanc was lightly pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruit flavors. Throughout summer, the days were warm and sunny with little rainfall and above average heat, providing ideal growing conditions. The resulting wine is light and crisp with aromatic herbs, green apple, and lemon.

Our 2018 Viognier was picked later in the season, having given it extra time to fully ripen and provide a full body mouthfeel. It was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavors. This wine is complex and rich with flavors of peach, citrus, and vanilla with hints of lemongrass and spice.
